DADDY'S CHILI 
4 1/2-5 lb. meat, cut into 1" cubes
2 1/2 pods (dark red dried) Mexican peppers, chopped fine in grinder or food processor
1 tsp. heaping garlic
2 tsp. heaping paprika
2 tsp. heaping cumin
1 tsp. heaping oregano
3 tsp. salt
1 level c. flour

Boil meat with peppers in water for 1 1/2 hours. Add other ingredients and cook 40 minutes. Add flour.
