CRISPY BAKED FISH 
1 lb. Sole fillets or other white fish
2 tbsp. oil
1/3 c. fine crushed walnuts
1/2 c. Cornflake crumbs
Salt (optional)
Pepper (optional)
Dill (optional
Garlic (optional)

Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Wash and dry fillets, dip in oil then coat with Cornflake and walnut mixture that has been finely crushed on wax paper or food processor. Add other seasonings if desired. Arrange fish in single layer on lightly oiled shallow baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes without turning or basting. Serve with lemon slice.
