POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
3 or 4 c. cooked, chopped chicken breast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 8 oz. sour cream
1 stack Town House Crackers
1 stick butter
Poppy Seeds

Grease a 9 x 13 inch dish. Pour chopped chicken in dish. Mix soup and sour cream together and spread over chicken. Melt butter and mix with crushed cracker crumbs. Sprinkle with poppy seeds.

Bake 350°F until brown.
