POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
6 boneless chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
2 tsp. poppy seeds

Boil chicken until fully cooked. Let cool and cut into bite size pieces. Mix in cream of chicken soup, sour cream and poppy seed. Put in casserole dish that has been greased with butter.

Topping:

tube and 1/2 Ritz crackers, crumbled real fine
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
1 tsp. poppy seeds

Mix together. Put topping on chicken mixture and cook for 45 minutes at 350°F.
