ISABELLE'S POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
3 c. cooked chicken
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 1/2 c. crumbled Escort crackers
1 stick melted butter
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Arrange chicken in 1 1/2 quart shallow dish. Blend soup and sour cream. Add onion and spread over chicken. Combine crackers, butter, and poppy seeds. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly. Double for 13 x 9 inch pan. Serves 5 to 6.
