ALMOND TARTS 
FILLING:

1 lb. almond paste
3 eggs
2 c. sugar

Mix together.

CRUST:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. flour

Cream butter and cream cheese. Add flour gradually until mixture is soft. Take a piece the size of a walnut and spread out in pans (small size tart or cupcake tins). Fill 3/4 full with filling. Bake in 350 degree oven about 20 minutes or until brown on top.
