NORWEGIAN EGG PANCAKES 
6 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
Sugar
Syrup

Mix eggs, milk and flour. Heat small frying pan with vegetable spray to very hot. Pour 1/2 cup batter into pan and rotate with hand until pan is covered. Cook about 2 minutes, turn and cook for 1 minute and flip onto plate. Sprinkle with sugar, roll up and garnish with syrup.
