CHEESE SAUCE VEGETABLES 
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. milk
1/3 - 1/2 c. shredded cheese
2 c. vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, etc.)
1 tbsp. water

In glass 4 cup measure, melt butter on High for 25 seconds. Stir in flour and microwave on High for 15 seconds. Add mustard. Slowly add milk. Cook on High for 1 1/2 minutes or until thickened. Stir; add cheese and cook on High for 30 seconds.

Cook vegetables and water on High for 6 1/2 minutes, stirring once during cooking time. Drain vegetables and top with sauce.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
