BROCCOLI CHEESE CHICKEN 
1 tbsp. butter
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
1 can broccoli cheese soup
1/3 c. water or milk (I use milk)
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. broccoli flowerets

In skillet over medium heat, in hot butter, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned on both sides. Spoon off fat. Stir in soup, milk and pepper. Heat to boiling. Add broccoli flowerets, and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and broccoli is done, stirring occasionally. Serves 4. Preparation time, about 5 minutes.
