EVERYDAY BROCCOLI CHEESE AND
CHICKEN
 
4 skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
1 can broccoli cheese soup
1/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. broccoli florets
1 tbsp. butter

Cook chicken in skillet at medium heat for 10 minutes. Brown both sides. Spoon off fat. Stir in soup, milk, and pepper. Heat to boiling. Add broccoli. Reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer until chicken is tender and broccoli is done, stirring occasionally. (Preparation time - 5 minutes. Cooking time - 25 minutes.) Serves 4.
