BEEF BARBECUE 
3-4 lb. boneless chuck roast
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 lg. clove garlic (or equivalent garlic powder)
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. each vinegar and Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. each chili powder and paprika
1 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar

Bake at 300 degrees for 5-6 hours. Break apart with fork.
