RED HOT SALAD 
1 1/2 c. water
1/3 c. cinnamon candies
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
1 c. applesauce
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Heat water to boiling; add cinnamon candies and Jello; stir until dissolved. Add applesauce and pineapple. Pour 1/2 of this into a 9 x 13 pan. Set in refrigerate until set. Combine cream cheese, salad dressing, celery, and walnuts. Spread the cheese mixture over the set gelatin. Chill. Pour remaining cherry gelatin mixture over top and return to refrigerator to set.
