8 sm. red potatoes
Zatarain's crab boil
butter
Minced garlic
Zatarain's Creole Seasoning

Boil potatoes in crab boil (add amount preferable to taste). Spray Pam in a rectangular glass dish. Cut potatoes in half and put in dish, slightly mashing them down. In microwave, melt butter and garlic; then drizzle over all potatoes. Sprinkle Creole Seasoning lightly over potatoes and bake (or broil) for a few minutes until hot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
