CORN CHOWDER 
1 lb. bacon
1 can Carnation evaporated milk
2 cans creamed corn
2 cans chicken broth
6 potatoes, diced
1 onion, chopped

Fry bacon until crisp. Set aside. Remove all but 2 or 3 tablespoons of bacon grease. Saute onion and potatoes for a few minutes in bacon grease (until "almost done"). Add chicken broth and simmer until potatoes and onions are done.

Add Carnation milk and cream style corn; and crumble and add bacon. Heat and serve.
