SPAGHETTI PIE 
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

6 oz. spaghetti
2 well beaten eggs
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground beef or bulk sausage
1 tsp. oregano, crushed (optional)
2 tsp. butter, melt
1 c. cream style cottage cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. tomato sauce (can use Ragu or Prego)
1/8 tsp. garlic sauce

TOPPING:

1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 sm. zucchini (par cook 10 minutes and drain)
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms

1. Cook spaghetti - drain - stir in butter into hot spaghetti - stir in eggs and Parmesan cheese and cottage cheese. Press into 10 inch pie plate dish.

2. Brown beef in onion, drain fat, stir in 1/2 tomato sauce and garlic salt and spread over spaghetti.

3. Layer cooked zucchini over the meat sauce.

4. Layer mushrooms over zucchini.

5. Add the rest of the sauce over the zucchini.

6. Topping: Add 1/2 cup shredded cheese and bake.
