KOREAN BURGERS 
1 lb. ground beef
2 green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. MSG, if desired
1/8 tsp. pepper
1-2 slices fresh ginger, minced
1 tsp. sesame seed
1 tsp. to 1 tbsp. Chinese sesame oil

Mix ingredients thoroughly. Shape meat into patties and score with knife. Brush with sesame oil and broil or barbecue. They will blacken if given the opportunity. Good served with rice.
