PIZZA 
CRUST:

2 c. self-rising flour
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. oil

FILLING:

1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained (or sausage)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:

1 sm. can chopped black olives
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine crust and stir until mix leaves sides of bowl. Press into a ball and knead 10 times. Divide in half. Roll on lightly floured cloth-covered board. Place on pizza pan and brush with 2 tablespoons oil. Pour tomato sauce over crust. Add toppings. Put grated Mozzarella cheese on top and bake 20 to 25 minutes.
