MOCK KISHKA ROLL 
1 (8 oz.) bag Tom Tom crackers, salted
1 lg. onion
1 lg. rib of celery
2 carrots
1 stick of butter

Crush crackers. Slice up onion, carrots and celery. Add melted butter to the whole mixture; mix well. Form into 1 long roll and place in aluminum foil. Bring up 2 sides and seal, folding ends together. Place in refrigerator overnight or several hours before baking. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees on cookie sheet. Check if too moist, open foil for last 20 minutes to crisp slightly.
