CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 slices bacon
4 deboned chicken breast pieces
4 slices ham
4 slices Swiss or Cheddar cheese
1 or 2 cans cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream (optional)

Place 1 slice bacon, 1 slice ham, 1 slice cheese, and 1 piece chicken breast in that order and roll it up. Secure with toothpick or place close in casserole dish to hold together. Make remaining 3 servings and place in pan. Put soup and sour cream mixture on top. Cook 2 hours at 300 degrees.
