MARINATED STEAK 
3 or 4 lb. top round (2 inch thick)
4 tsp. meat tenderizer
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. cooking sherry
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. Accent

Mix all ingredients well. Pierce both sides of roast with large fork. Pour over meat. Leave at room temperature and turn meat every 30 minutes for at least 6 hours. Each time you turn meat, pierce the meat well with fork and spoon mixture over meat. Grill over hot fire 12 minutes on each side for medium rare.
