EASY LIGHT MEATLOAF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup uncooked rolled oats
2 egg whites (or 1 egg, lightly beaten)
1/2 cup ketchup (Hunts)
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl just until combined. Press gently into lightly greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.

Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes until firm and heated through. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
