CHOCOLATE OATMEAL COOKIES 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk

Boil these together for 1 1/2 minutes only.

1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. instant oatmeal
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. shredded coconut

Drop into the boiled ingredients 1/2 cup peanut butter then pour over 3 cups instant oatmeal and 1 cup shredded coconut. Drop from tablespoon onto waxed paper. Finely chopped pecans can be used if desired.
