PIZZA PIE 
1 1/4 c. milk
3 c. flour
3 c. instant mashed potatoes, uncooked
1 1/4 c. butter, melted
1 lb. ground beef (or 1/2 lb. if using pepperoni)
Pepperoni slices (opt.)
1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
Olives (opt.)
1/2 pkg. sloppy joe seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

For Crust: Combine flour, potatoes, milk and butter; set aside.

For Filling: Cook beef, sausage and onion until meat is no longer pink. Drain fat. Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, seasoning mix, garlic powder, cheese and olives. Divide dough in 1/2. Press 1/2 the crust into a deep baking dish. Push crust on bottom and up along sides of baking dish. Roll out remaining dough and lay on top of filling, pinching edges together to form a pie. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until crust is golden. 12 servings.
