PIZZA PIE 
1 crust from pkg. of Ready made refrigerated pie crusts
1 tsp. flour

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Use 9 inch pie or quiche pan, prepare pie crust according to package directions.

Filling:
3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cooked, sliced Italian sausages
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
Italian seasonings to taste
1 to 1 1/2 c. homemade or jarred spaghetti sauce

In pie crust lined pan, layer Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese, place sliced sausages on top of cheese layer. In medium bowl, combine egg, milk, and Italian seasonings. Beat well by hand or mixer. Pour egg mixture over cheese and sausage layers. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Pass around heated spaghetti sauce to serve on top of pie. Serves 8.
