POTATO CORN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. frozen French fries
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 can cream style corn
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup

Brown beef and onion in fry pan. Add corn and soups to beef. Put French fries in bottom of large casserole. Pour meat soup mixture over the fries - use your own seasonings on meat and fries. I use none as the soups are salty enough for our taste. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 4-6. (Don't be afraid to use your venison hamburger with this recipe.)
