DESSERT BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 c. or 2 pkg. frozen, thawed strawberries
4 eggs, well beaten
1 1/4 c. oil or melted shortening
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans

Sift together dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix remaining ingredients, pour into dry ingredients. Stir carefully, just enough to dampen all ingredients. Pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. NOTE: You can substitute for strawberries - using bananas, pumpkin and cranberries.
