DELICIOUS SCALLOPS 
1 1/2 lbs. scallops
Salt & pepper
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon
Paprika
Chopped parsley (opt.)
Bacon (opt.)

Wash scallops, boil them in 1 quart salted (2 teaspoons) water for 5 minutes. Then either melt butter and add lemon juice and pour over scallops, sprinkling with paprika and broiling 5 minutes (about 5 inches from heat) or cut 6 to 8 bacon strips in half lengthwise and widthwise and wrap around parboiled scallop; secure with toothpick and broil 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
