PEPPERONI BREAD | |
1 frozen loaf of bread Pepperoni slices Pepper rings (hot, mild, or both) Grated Mozzarella cheese Parmesan cheese Beaten egg(s) Thaw bread and let it rise. Divide loaf in half. Roll half into a rectangle. Brush 1/2 half of this (one side) with beaten egg. Next, add layer of pepperoni slices, followed by a layer of peppers, and Mozzarella. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Fold this layer over and brush exposed dough with egg. Pinch ends shut. Place, seam side down, on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. |
