BANANA LOAF 
2 1/2 c. flour
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/8 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas (4 or 5)
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. white sugar
3 eggs

Mix the first four ingredients together, put aside. Beat the last 4 ingredients until light and foamy in a large bowl. Add flour mixture and 3/4 cup chopped walnuts or raisins. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Divide into 2 greased and flour loaf pans.
