COUNTRY PEPPERS 
6 bell peppers
1/4 c. chopped onion
8 oz. Cheese Whiz
1/2 c. chopped tomato or can stewed tomatoes
1 lb. sausage or hamburger
1 1/2 c. cooked rice

Remove tops and seeds from peppers; parboil 5 minutes. Drain. Brown meat and onion; stir in rice, 3/4 cup cheese, and tomatoes. Fill peppers and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Place one spoonful of cheese on each pepper during last 10 minutes of baking.
