CORNED BEEF-NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. med. noodles, cooked
1/2 lb. cubed American cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can corned beef, broken and flaked
1 can cream of chicken soup
About 1 c. milk
Mushrooms (optional)
Grated cheese

Combine noodles, cubed cheese, onion and corned beef; stir well. Combine soup and milk; pour over corned beef mixture. Add additional milk, if necessary. Add mushrooms. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, covered. Remove cover; sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 10 minutes.
