CREAMY CORN BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1 (12 oz.) can corn beef, diced
1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
1 c. regular milk
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, diced
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped sweet pepper
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
1 tbsp. melted butter

Mix well: noodles, corn beef, soup, cheese, onion, pepper and milk. Put in large buttered baking dish. Mix butter, parsley and corn flakes; spread over top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.

Serves 6-8.
