HAMBURGER - CORN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1 c. chopped onion
1 (12 oz.) can whole grain corn
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. bread crumbs
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 (5 oz.) egg noodles

Brown meat and onions. Add corn, soup, sour cream and seasonings. Mix well. Stir in noodles. Pour in a 3 quart casserole. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) about 30 minutes.
