CHEESY CORN CHOWDER 
1 lb. (3 c.) chopped green peppers
1 lb. (3 c.) chopped onion
12 oz. ( 1 1/2 c.) butter
#10 can cream style corn
1 1/2 qt. milk
4 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 tsp. pepper

Saute' green pepper and onion in butter. Add remaining ingredients; stir frequently until cheese is melted. Yield: 30 1 cup servings.
