GRANDADDY PITTS STEW 
3 (3 1/2 lb.) fryers
2 cans Argentine Brand Roast Beef
3 lg. cans Hunts whole tomatoes
2 lg. cans cream corn
1 lb. butter
5 lb. onions
Red pepper to taste
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Lg. box saltines

Cook fryers in 5 gallon thick pot about 2/3 full of water. Remove when done and debone. Grind chicken, tomatoes, beef, onions. Add to broth. Season. Add butter (I use 1/2 pound).

Cook on low heat for 1 hour, stirring. Put corn through grinder and add to mix. Stir constantly. Cook 30 minutes more on low, stirring. Add crushed saltines until thick as you want it.

Will serve about 30 or more.
