CRISPY PARMESAN CHICKEN 
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer, cut up and skinned
1 c. flour or fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp. water
Salt, pepper, paprika to taste

Combine flour or bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, oregano, and garlic in bowl. Mix beaten egg and water in another bowl. Salt and pepper chicken pieces, then dip them in egg mixture and then in flour mixture.

Place in casserole dish that has 2-3 tablespoons of oil in it. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
