CRANBERRY NUT BREAD 
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. fresh cranberries
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix sugar, oil, and eggs together. Add cranberries. In separate bowl sift together flour, soda, salt, and spices. Gradually stir dry ingredients into cranberry mixture. Mix well. Add nuts and stir. Pour batter into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove from pans and cool.
