ST. PATRICK'S SALADE 
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 bag miniature marshmallows
1 can pineapple chunks, diced
Whipped cream
Green cherries

Dissolve Jello according to package directions. Add marshmallows; stir until marshmallows melt enough to streak mixture with white. Add pineapple; pour into flat pan. Chill until firm. Cut in 8 to 10 squares; top each square with whipped cream and cherry.
