COLD PEPPER STEAK | |
1 c. water 1/2 c. salad oil 2 tbsp. cracked pepper 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar 2 tbsp. thyme leaves 2 tbsp. salt 1 filet Combine all the ingredients and marinate the steak for 8 to 24 hours in the refrigerator. Turn the filet several times during the marinate. Broil in oven until desired doneness. About 30 minutes for medium. Refrigerate and slice very thin. |
