COLD STUFFED PEPPERS 
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Ricotta
2 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 1/2 oz. diced (sm.) smoked dried beef or ham
2 minced radishes
1 tbsp. minced scallions
3 peppers (green, red, yellow)

Cut peppers in half and clean. Mix all ingredients. Stuff peppers. Refrigerate.
