TACO CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can green chilies
1 can mild enchilada sauce
1 (7 oz.) pkg. Taco Doritos
1/2 soup can water
Shredded cheese

Cook meat and chopped onion in skillet until done; drain. Partly crush the Taco Doritos in an 8x12-inch baking dish. Spread the meat mix over this. Combine soups with water and pour over the meat. Chop the green chilies over the top and cover with enchilada sauce. Top with cheese and bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Make 6 (580 calorie) servings.
