COMPANY CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
1 c. chopped onions
28 oz. pinto beans (undrained)
28 oz. tomatoes
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. spicy brown mustard
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine ground beef, sausage and onion in a Dutch oven. Cook until beef is browned, stirring to crumble; drain. Drain pinto beans. Add liquid to Dutch oven. Stir in remaining ingredients except beans. Cover and simmer 45 minutes. Stir in beans. Cook an additional 15 minutes.

Yields about 3 quarts.
