EASY CHICKEN 
8 boneless chicken breasts
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. apple juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 chopped green onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Cooked rice

In a saucepan mix all the ingredients except the cornstarch. Add the chicken and boil for about 35 minutes. Mix cornstarch with a little water. Remove the chicken and thicken the sauce. Pour sauce over chicken and serve over rice.
