ALABAMA BISCUITS 
2 pkg. dry yeast
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk
2 c. self-rising flour

Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add sugar and butter. Mix well. Add flour mix. Let rise about 1 hour or until double in bulk. Punch down and cut out biscuits. Put in greased pan and bake at 450 degrees until brown. Butter tops before baking.
