BROKEN GLASS DESSERT 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry, lime or orange Jello
3 c. boiling water
2 c. cold water
1 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. whipped topping

1. Prepare 3 flavors separately using 1 cup hot and 1/2 cup cold water, for each. Pour separately into 8"x8" pans and chill until firm.

2. Mix pineapple juice and sugar. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Dissolve 3 ounce package lemon Jello in juice. Add 1/2 cup cold water. Chill until slightly thickened.

3. Mix crumbs and butter. Press into 9"x13" pan. Cut firm Jello into cubes. Add 2 cups whipped topping to lemon Jello mixture. Fold in gelatin cubes.

4. Pour into pan and chill overnight.
