BROKEN GLASS SALAD | |
1 pkg. lemon Jello 1 pkg. lime Jello 1 pkg. cherry Jello 2 sm. cans crushed pineapple 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 env. unflavored gelatin 1/4 c. cold water 2 pkg. dessert topping mix prepared 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring 18 graham crackers, crushed 1/4 c. butter Prepare Jellos separately according to package directions. Pour into separate pans; chill until firm. Cut into cubes. Combine pineapple, 1 cup sugar and salt; bring to boil. Soften unflavored gelatin in cold water; dissolved in hot liquid. Cool and add dessert topping, flavoring and gelatin cubes. Combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter and remaining sugar. Line a glass dish with mixture, reserving few crumbs for top. Pour mixture into dish. Sprinkle with crumbs. Chill until firm. Makes 20 servings. |
