BROCCOLI-N-CHEESE POTATOES 
2 lbs. peeled potatoes, quartered
1 can Broccoli Cheese soup
1/3 c. milk
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. water

Place potatoes and tablespoon butter in microwave dish with about 1 cup water. Cover and cook on high for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Mix soup, milk and butter in small saucepan, stirring constantly bring to a boil and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes. Drain potatoes, pour broccoli cheese sauce over potatoes and microwave for an additional 5 minutes. Let sit for 3 to 5 minutes before eating.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
