BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 (10 oz.) chopped broccoli
1 qt. milk
1 tbsp. chicken base (granules)
4 oz. shredded American cheese
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Cook broccoli in small amount of water. Add 3 cups milk to cooked broccoli and water left after cooking broccoli. Add cheese and melt. Mix cornstarch with 1 cup milk, stir in broccoli and cook until thickened. May want to use more cornstarch.
