YUMMY YELLOW SQUASH 
2 lbs. yellow squash
1 stick butter
1 grated onion or chopped
1 grated carrot
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper
Bread crumbs mixed in and some sprinkled on top

Slice squash 1/2 inch thick and boil until soft. Drain. Mix with remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, 25 minutes.
