BANANA IGLOOS 
1 sm. banana, mashed
1/4 c. plain yogurt
1 tbsp. coconut

Mix together in a medium size bowl. Pour into small dixie cups 1/2 to 3/4 full. Place a popsicle stick in the center and freeze for at least 2 hours. Dip in warm water to remove the cup. Makes 3 to 4 igloos.
